Hall of Fame
Rose Antrim won letters in basketball from 1985-1988 and was GVSU's first player to earn All-America honors all four years. She also led the Lakers in scoring each of those three years and totaled 1,771 points to finish second in career scoring. Antrim was named to four All-Great Lakes Conference Basketball Teams and was an All-Academic selection in 1986-87 and 1987-88. She was a member of the 1987-88 Laker team which won the basketball title and played in the NCAA Division II Regionals.
Antrim went on to play one season of professional basketball in Europe. She was assistant basketball coach at Michigan Tech from 1989-91, served as an assistant basketball coach at Grand Valley during the 1991-92 season and became the head coach at Hillsdale College in 1992-93.
The Grand Rapids native is a graduate of Northview High School.
