Brienne Rosenberg concluded her career as one of the most prolific and productive softball players in Laker history. Rosenberg, who was a four-year letterwinner for the Lakers on the diamond, ranks in the top 10 in nine career and single-season categories. She started 215 of 225 games played during her career and ranks first in Laker annals in hits (258), third in batting average (.385) and total bases (325), fourth in runs (149) and at bats (670), and sixth in doubles (31). Rosenberg was a three-time Academic All-GLIAC honoree and was named to the 2001 Verizon Academic All-America Second-Team. Brienne was a 1999 Second-Team All-GLIAC honoree and earned First-Team All-GLIAC plaudits in 2000. Grand Valley State was 194-42-2 during her career with three NCAA DII Great Lakes Regional appearances and one GLIAC Championship.
