Aaron Beebe is the most prolific swimmer in the history of the Grand Valley State swimming and diving program, earning 26 All-America plaudits, including 10 individual honors. Beebe advanced to the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships in each of his four years with the Lakers, earning individual and relay honors. Aaron recorded a pair of runner-up finishes in the 100 and 200 butterfly during his sophomore season, followed by runner-up finishes in the same two events as a junior. Beebe broke through as a senior, claiming individual National Championships in the 200 individual medley (1:46.31) and the 200 butterfly (1:44.00). He added a third-place finish in the 200 freestyle (1:35.97) that senior season. Beebe claimed nine GLIAC titles total, four in the 100 and 200 butterfly and five in relay events. Beebe also earned All-GLIAC Academic and CSCAA academic honors.
