Grand Valley State University Athletics

    Dan Poole is the all-time leading rebounder at Grand Valley with 1,129 from 1967-71. His single game high was 30 against Spring Arbor in 1970. A graduate of Jackson Center, Poole, was selected to the All-NAIA District basketball team and was a member of the Grand Rapids All-College Team three consecutive seasons. He was also selected as one of the "Outstanding College Athletes of America" in 1971.
