2012-13: Finished in the top 12 of every event during the indoor season, including three first-place finishes as part of relays...Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors at the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships by helping the 4x400 meter relay team to a third-place finish in a time of 3:13.06, their best of the season...Helped the DMR team to a GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 9:53.34...Also helped the 4x400 meter relay team to victories at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:24.38) and Holiday Open (3:18.08)...Had a season-best 200 meter time of 23.07 seconds at the GVSU Tune-Up...Had a season-best 400 meter time of 49.88 seconds at the GVSU Quad to finish eighth...Had a season-best 600 meter time of 1:22.78 at the Laker Early Bird...Finished outside the top eight only twice in 12 events during the outdoor season...Helped the 4x400 relay team to a victory at the Al Owens Classic (3:22.98) and GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:19.40)...Helped the 4x400 team run a season-best time of 3:17.71 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship to finish third...Had a season-best 400 meter time of 49.60 seconds at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship to finish 14th...Finished the 400 meter race in a time of 49.75 seconds at the Hillsdale Gina Relays to finish eighth.
