2012-13: Part of four first-place finishes during the indoor season...Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to victories at the Holiday Open (3:18.08), Mike Lints Alumni Open (3:15.90) and at the GLIAC Indoor Championship (3:12.42)...Took first place in the 400 meter dash at the Holiday Open with a time of 48.74 seconds...Had a season-best 400 meter dash time of 48.55 seconds at the GLIAC Indoor Championship...Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors with part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor Championship with a time of 3:13.06 to finish third...Part of nine first-place finishes during the outdoor season...Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to wins at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:19.40), Hillsdale Invite (3:22.26), Hillsdale Gina Relays (3:14.58) and the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet (3:14.00)...Won the 400 meter hurdle events at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (54.55), Hillsdale Invite (53.66), Hillsdale Gina Relays (53.22) and the GVSU Last Chance Meet (54.95)...Qualified first in prelims for the 400 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 52.82 seconds, a season-best mark...Participate in the 2013 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship in the 400 meter hurdles, where he finished 12th with a time of 52.84 seconds.

2011-12: During the indoor season, he helped the 4x400 relay team to a win at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:19.86) and at the GVSU Tune-Up (3:15.15)...part of the Distance Medley Relay team victory at the GVSU Big Meet (9:56.66)...Finished sixth in the 400 meter dash at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (49.64) and helped the 4x400 team to a third-place finish (3:19.01)...Part of six first-place finishes during the outdoor season...Helped the 4x400 relay team to victories at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:21.50), Hillsdale Gina Relays (3:16.82), Aquinas Twilight (3:14.52) and the GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet (3:12.23)...Won the 400 meter hurdle event at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (53.46) and at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (51.61)...His time at the GLIAC's was enough to give him the second best time in Division II and qualify for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships, where he finished 13th.

2010-11: During the indoor season, he was part of four first-place finishes...Helped the 4x400 relay team to victories at the Laker Early Bird (3:21.18) and GVSU Tune-Up (3:17.65)...Won the 400 meter dash at the Indiana Relays (49.75) and GVSU-SVSU Dual Meet (50.24)...Finished fourth in the 4x400 meter relay at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3:22.42) and seventh in the 400 meter dash (49.84)...In the outdoor season, he finished below eighth only once all season...Helped the 4x400 relay team to a win at the Spartan Invite (3:20.20) and won the 400 meter hurdle event at the Dave Rankin Invite (55.20)...Finished seventh in the 4x400 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship (3:19.11) and was third in the 400 meter hurdles (52.89).
