2012-13: Significantly improved his best marks over the season...Notched four top-five finishes in seven meets he placed in during the indoor season...Had a season-best vault of 4.85 meters (15'11") at the GVSU-SVSU Dual to finish second...Finished eighth at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a mark of 4.67 meters (15'3.75")...During the outdoor season, he finished in the top five of all six meets he placed in, including a season-best mark of 4.90 meters (16'0.75") at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship to finish second...Won the pole vault competition at both the Al Owens Classic (4.89m/16'0.5") and Bulldog Invite (4.45m/14'7.25").

2011-12: Participated exclusively in the pole vault during both indoor and outdoor...Finished fourth at the Mike Lints Alumni Open (4.65m) for his best mark of the indoor season...Also finished fifth at the indoor GVSU Tune-Up (4.62m)...During the outdoor season, he had a season-best mark of 4.58 meters at the Spartan Invite to finish 11th...Finished fourth at the Al Owens Classic with a vault of 4.50 meters.
