2011-12: Ran the 3k in a time of 8:47.06 during the indoor season at the Mike Lints Alumni Open...Finished the 5k in a time of 15:32.12 at the GVSU Big Meet...During the outdoor season, he ran exclusively in the 3000m steeplechase, running a season-best time of 9:25.70 at the GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet...Never finished lower than eighth in the event...Was second at the Hillsdale Invite (9:44.15), third at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (9:32.38), fourth at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (9:33.99) and fifth at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (9:52.81).

2010-11: Ran a 8:55.13 in the 3000m at the GVSU Tune Up...Ran the 5000m in a time of 15:45.50 at the GVSU Big Meet.

2009-10: Redshirted.

High School: Three-time MHSAA Division I All-State in Cross Country, finishing 11th in 2008...Led teams to two top-five finishes in State Finals.

High School bests: 1600m- 4:23...3200m- 9:36...5000m- 15:38.
