2011-12: Had a season-best time of 22.73 seconds in the 200 meter dash during the indoor season at the GVSU Big Meet...Had a top 400 meter mark of 49.69 seconds at the GVSU Tune-Up to finish second...Finished second in the 400 meter event at the Mike Lints Alumni Open with a time of 50.16 seconds and helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a runner-up finish in a time of 3:18.62...Helped the 4x400 relay team to a victory at the GVSU Tune-Up with a time of 3:15.15, then a school record...Finished the 400 in a time of 51.73 seconds at the GLIAC Indoor Championships and helped the 4x400 relay to a third-place finish with a time of 3:19.01...During the outdoor season, he had a season-best 400 hurdle mark of 52.73 seconds in a victory at the Al Owens Classic...Also won the 400 hurdles at the GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet with a time of 53.39 seconds...Finished ninth in the 400 hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 56.05 seconds.

2010-11: During the indoor season, he helped five relay teams to victories, including four of them as part of the 4x400 meter relay team, including at the GVSU Laker Early Bird (3:21.18), Mike Lints Alumni Open (3:22.93) and GVSU Tune-Up (3:17.65)...Also helped two Distance Medley Relay teams to victories at the GVSU Big Meet (9:57.45) and GVSU Tune-Up (9:56.55)...Ran a season-best 49.87 in the 400 meter event at the Mike Lints Alumni Open and a season-best 23.06 in the 200 at the GVSU-SVSU Dual...Helped the 4x400 relay team to a fourth-place finish at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3:22.42) and the DMR team to a second-place finish (10:04.51)...During the outdoor season, he won the 400 meter hurdles at the ISU Pacesetter Invite with a season-best time of 52.35 seconds...Also won the event at the Aquinas Twilight (52.41)...Finished fourth in the 400 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 52.91 seconds...Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors by finishing eighth in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships, including a prelim time of 52.72 seconds.
