2012-13: Had five top-three finishes during the indoor season...Ran a season-best 3,000 meter time of 8:17.83 at the Mike Lints Alumni Open to finish fourth...Helped the Distance Medley Relay team to a second-place finish at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 9:56.40 and won the 3,000 meter event with a time of 8:18.19...Helped the DMR team win the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 9:53.34...Finished second in the mile with a time of 4:11.98...Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors at the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor Championship with a third-place finish in the DMR with a time of 9:51.17...During the outdoor season, he turned his season-best 1,500 meter time at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 3:47.23...Finished second in the GLIAC Outdoor Championship in the 1,500 with a time of 3:53.82...Qualified for the 2013 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship, where he finished fourth in the prelims (3:59.60) and 11th in the finals (4:00.37).
2011-12: Ran only at the GVSU Laker Early Bird during the indoor season, finishing second in the mile with a time of 4:18.69...During the outdoor season, he finished 15th in the 1500 meter run at hte GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet with a time of 4:02.09, then improved on that time with a third-place finish at the GVSU Last Chance meet with a time of 3:57.52.
2010-11: Finished 12th at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the mile with a time of 4:24.34...Ran a 4:16.41 in the mile at the Indiana University Relays...Ran a 3:49.80 in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays...Finished second in the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time 3:52.15 in the 1500m...Finished ninth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m with a time of 3:59.20.
2009-10: Ran a PR of 8:41.35 in the 3000m at the Eubanks Open...Placed fourth at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the mile with a time of 4:14.31 and help the DMR to a third place finish with a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 9:57.21...Redshirted outdoor season.
High School: MHSAA All-State in Cross Country in 2007 and 2008 with a fifth place finish in 2008. Led Potterville to MHSAA Cross country team titles in both 2007 and 2008 and in track in 2009. MHSAA state champion in the 4x800 in 2007, 2008 and runners up in 2009. State champ in the 4x400 in 2009 and all-state in 2008. State runner up in the 800 in 2009. MHSAA state champion and Division 4 state record holder in the 1600 in 4:16.94.... 1600 all-state in 2007 and 2008.
