2011-12: Raced in two meets during the indoor season, completing the 3k in a time of 8:46.22 at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open and the 5k in a time of 15:17.42 at the GVSU Big Meet...During the outdoor season, he finished fourth in the 3k at the GVSU-SVSU Dual with a time of 8:43.04...Finished second in the 5k at the GVSU Al Owens Classic with a time of 15:03.57...Finished 12th in the 10k at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 31:59.43.

2010-11: Ran a 15:15.48 in the 5000m at the Hillsdale Gina Relays...Ran an 8:46.95 in the 3000m at the Ferris State Bulldog Invite...Ran 8:45.67 at the GVSU Tune Up in the 3000m.

2009-10: Redshirted.

High School: Six-time state qualifier...Academic All-State...2009 MHSAA state qualifier in wrestling.
