2013-14: During the indoor season, she participated exclusively in the weight throw and recorded seven finishes in the top five … Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors with a third-place finish at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, setting a personal-best mark of 18.85m (61’ 10.25”) … Earned All-GLIAC honors at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a sixth-place finish, hitting a mark of 18.19m (9’ 8.25”) … Placed first at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open with a mark of 18.15m (59’ 6.75”) and against Saginaw Valley State with a mark of 18.28m (59’ 11.75”) … Competed in the hammer throw and the discus throw during the outdoor season, and recorded nine finishes in the top five … Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors in the hammer throw with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship with a mark of 57.64m (189’ 1”) … Earned All-GLIAC honors at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 57.93m (190’ 1”), placing third in the hammer throw … Set a personal best in the hammer throw with a mark of 58.36m (191’ 6”) in a first-place finish at the Earnie Mousseau Track & Field Classic … Also placed first in the hammer throw at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet with a mark of 55.30m (181’ 5”) … Placed fourth in the discus throw at the WKU Hilltopper Relays with a mark of 37.85m (124’ 2”).

2012-13: Finished in the top eight of every event but one during the indoor season...Won the weight throw at the GVSU-SVSU Dual with a toss of 16.79 meters (55'1")...Finished 13th in the weight throw at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 16.99 meters (55'9")...Had a third-place finish at the GVSU Tune-Up in the weight throw (17.40m/57'1") and recorded her season-best mark of 17.70 meters (58'1") at the GLIAC Indoor Championship to finish eighth...During the outdoor season, she was a USTFCCCA All-American in the hammer throw, finishing seventh with a mark of 55.20 meters (181'1")...Finished in the top eight in 15 of 16 events during the outdoor season...Finished seventh in the hammer throw at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a toss of 56.34 meters (184'10"), a season-best mark...Finished eighth at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship in the discus with a throw of 41.29 meters (135'5")...Had a season-best discus throw of 43.09 meters (141'4") to finish second at the Ernie Mousseau Classic.

High School: Three-time all-conference in the discus, all-conference in the shot put her junior year and an all-state selection in the discus throw (2010)...A member of the varsity volleyball team and was an all-conference selection her senior year.
