2015-16: Competed in the 100m Hurdles, Long Jump and Shot Put during the outdoor season and the 60m Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put during the indoor season … Posted a season-best time in the 100m Hurdles at the EIU Big Blue Classic (19.90 w) … Posted a season-best outdoor mark in the Long Jump at the EIU Big Blue Classic (4.33m/14’ 2.5”) … Posted a season-best outdoor mark in the Shot Put at the EIU Big Blue Classic (8.26m/27’ 1.25”) … Posted a season-best time in the 60m Hurdles at the GVSU Holiday Open (9.59) … Posted a season-best indoor mark in the Long Jump at the GVSU Big Meet (4.85m/15’ 11”) … Posted a season-best indoor mark in the Shot Put at the GVSU Holiday Open (8.61m/28’ 3”)

2014-15: Placed sixth in the Pentathlon at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (3083) … Set a personal best in the 60m hurdles at the SVSU-GVSU Dual Meet (9.44) … Set a personal best in the long jump at the GVSU Laker Early Bird (5.12m/16’ 9.75m) … Set a personal best in the shot put at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (9.22m/30’ 3”).

2013-14: Placed in the top 10 in nine events during the indoor season … Set personal bests in the 300-meter run (44.81) at the GVSU Laker Early Bird, the 60-meter hurdles (9.58) against Saginaw Valley State, the long jump (5.10m) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite, and the pentathlon (2,926 points) at the 2014 GLIAC Indoor Championships … Placed in the top 10 in ten events during the outdoor season … Set personal bests in the 200-meter (27.52), the 800-meter (2:34.26), the heptathlon (3,698 points), the javelin throw (18.06m), and the shot put (8.48m) at the 2014 GLIAC Outdoor Championships, as well as the high jump (1.56m) at the WKU Hilltopper Relays.
