2013-14: Placed in the top 10 in 11 individual events and in eight team events during the indoor season ... As a member of the 4x400 meter team, she helped the team to first place finishes at the GVSU Holiday Open (3:49.19), the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open (3:51.55) and the 2014 GLIAC Indoor Championships (3:52.35), and second place finishes at the GVSU 5-Way (3:49.85) and the Hillsdale Classic (3:52.86) … She and the 4x400 meter team earned USTFCCCA All-America honors by placing fourth at the 2014 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3:47.75) … Individually, she recorded season-best finishes of third in the 60 meter at the GVSU Laker Early Bird (7.77), third in the 200 meter against Saginaw Valley State (26.12), and 17th at the Mike Lints Alumni (1:00.22) … During the outdoor season, she placed in the top 10 in over 20 events, including several wins as a member of the 4x400 meter and 4x100 meter relay teams … Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors as a member of the 4x400 meter team (8th, 3:43.13) and the 4x100 meter team (5th, 46.17) … Individually, she won the 300 meter against Saginaw Valley State (40.27) and the 200 meter at the Hillsdale Invitational (26.47), and placed as high as second in the 100 meter at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet (12.07).
2012-13: Had 24 top-five finishes during the indoor season across the 60 meter, 200 meter, 300 meter and 4x400 meter relay events...Was the GLIAC Indoor Champion in the 200 meter event, finishing with a time of 24.77 seconds, a season-best...Also helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 3:45.84...Finished second in the 60 meter dash at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 7.65 seconds...Ran a season-best time of 7.61 seconds in the 60 meter dash at the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor Championship, where she finished 12th...Also ran at the national championship with the 4x400 meter relay team, where they finished 10th with a time of 3:47.41...Won the 60 meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet (7.78)...During the outdoor season, she claimed two USTFCCCA All-American honors, both with relay teams...Helped the 4x100 meter team to a sixth-place finish (45.58 seconds) and the 4x400 meter team to a fifth-place finish (3:41.48)...Helped both relay teams to the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, as well, as the 4x100 meter team finished with a time of 46.52 seconds and the 4x400 meter team finished with a time of 3:46.93...Also finished second in the 100 meter dash (12.07) and third in the 200 meter dash (24.38) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship.
2011-12: During the indoor season, she finished third in the 400 meter event at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 58.15 seconds, a season-best time...Was a part of three victories at the GVSU Tune-Up, running a season-best 200 meter dash time of 24.76 seconds to win, taking the victory in the 60 meter dash (7.68) and helping the 4x400 meter relay team to a win (3:47.28)...Finished in the top three of every event she entered at the GLIAC Indoor Championship, including two first-place finishes...Won the indoor conference title in the 60 meter dash with a season-best time of 7.65 seconds and helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a win in a time of 3:50.27...Finished first in the 200 meter prelims (25.23) and second in the finals (24.95)...Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a third-place finish at the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championship with a time of 3:48.46...During the outdoor season, she picked up victories in three events at the GVSU-SVSU Dual, winning the 100 (12.29) and 200 (25.81) and helping the 4x100 meter relay team to a win (48.45)...Won the 200 meter dash at the Hillsdale Invite (24.90) and helped the 4x100 relay to a win as well (47.03)...Part of two victories at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, helping the 4x100 relay (47.56) and 4x400 relay (3:48.47) to wins...Won every event she competed in at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, taking the victory in the 100 (11.93), 200 (24.13) and helping the 4x100 relay (46.35) to a victory en route to being named GLIAC Freshman of the Meet...Competed at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the 200 meter dash (24.43) and earned USTFCCCA All-American honors by finishing fourth in the 100 meter dash (11.60).
