2012-13: During the indoor season, she ran a season-best 5000 meter time of 17:05.70 at the GVSU Laker Early Bird to finish eighth...Finished 14th in the 5000 meter run at the GLIAC Indoor Championship...Finished third in the 3000 meter run at the GVSU Tune-Up (10:24.34)...During the outdoor season, she ran in three meets, finishing in the top four of each one...Finished second in the 3000 meter run at the GVSU-SVSU Dual with a time of 10:29.59...Finished fourth in the 5000 meter run at the Hillsdale Gina Relays with a time of 17:51.84...Placed third in the 10,000 meter run at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 37:36.80.

2011-12: During the indoor season, she had a season-best 3k time of 10:13.14 at the Mike Lints Alumni Open...Finished fourth in the mile at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (5:07.76)...Finished seventh in the 3k at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 10:14.46...During the outdoor season, she finished second in the 3k at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (10:06.33) and had a season-best 10k time of 36:34.12 at the Mt. SAC Relays...She won the GLIAC Outdoor Championship in the 10k with a time of 36:59.45...Finished third in the 5k at the GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet with a time of 17:47.88.

2010-11: During the indoor season, she won the mile run at the GVSU Holiday Open with a time of 5:45.36...Finished seventh in the 3000 meter run at the GVSU Tune-Up with a time of 10:29.73...During the outdoor season, she finished second at the Hillsdale Gina Relays with a time of 17:57.29 in the 5000 meter run...Finished 10th at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 5000 meter run with a time of 18:15.54.

High School: Team finished top-six in MHSAA Division 1 Cross Country all four years...Three-time MITCA Team State Champion.... 2009 MHSAA Division 1 track team runner-up...Two-time Cross Country Academic All-State.
