2011-12: During the indoor season, she was part of 10 top-three finishes, including three relay victories...Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a win at the Holiday Open (3:53.69) and helped the Distance Medley Relay to a win at the GVSU Big Meet (11:37.02)...Individually, she had a season-best 800 meter time of 2:14.56 at the GVSU Tune-Up to finish second...Earned two USTFCCCA All-American honors at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championship, helping the 4x400 meter relay team to a third-place finish (3:48.46) and being part of the national championship winning Distance Medley Relay team in a time of 11:23.35...In the outdoor season, she won seven 400 meter hurdle events...Earned the victory in the 400 meter hurdles at the Wabah J.O. Huntsman Relays (1:03.01), GVSU-SVSU Dual (1:02.61), Hillsdale Invite (1:02.75), Hillsdale Gina Relays (1:02.75), Aquinas Twilight (1:02.29), GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet (1:02.01) and the GVSU Last Chance Meet (1:01.73), a season-best time...Finished third in the 400 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 1:02.31...Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a sixth-place finish in the prelims of the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:44.78.
2010-11: Never finished lower than ninth in any event she competed in...Part of four 4x400 relay teams that took home victories during the indoor season, including the team that ran the event in 3:51.24 at the Bob Eubanks Open to win and the team that finished fourth at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 3:46.18...Finished second in the 600 meter run with a time of 1:37.13 at the GVSU Laker Early Bird...Won the 400 meter event at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual Meet with a time of 59.10 seconds...Part of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:58.19...Finished fifth in the 400 meter event with a time of 59.24 seconds...Finished ninth at the Division II Indoor Championships with a time of 3:51.93 in the 4x400 relay...During the outdoor season, she won two GLIAC Championships, one as an individual in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.24 and one with the 4x400 relay team that finished in a time of 3:46.97...Participated in the 4x400 relay at the Division II Outdoor Championships where they earned All-American honors with a fourth place finish in a time of 3:45.29.
