2011-12: Part of six first-place relay teams during the indoor season...Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to victories at the Holiday Open (3:53.69), Mike Lints Alumni Open (3:49.90), GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:52.26), GVSU Tune-Up (3:48.30) and the GLIAC Indoor Championship (3:50.27)...Won the 400 meter event at the GVSU Tune-Up with a time of 56.73 seconds...Had a season-best time of 56.46 seconds in the 400 at the GVSU Big Meet...Finished second in the 400 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 57.27 seconds...Earned two USTFCCCA All-American honors at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championship after helping the 4x400 meter relay team to a third-place finish (3:48.46) and running as part of the national championship-winning Distance Medley Relay that finished with a time of 11:23.35...During the outdoor season, she was part of seven victories, including six relay wins...Helped the 4x400 meter relay teams to victories at the GVSU-SVSU Dual (3:55.91), Hillsdale Invite (3:51.03), Hillsdale Gina Relays (3:48.47), GLIAC Outdoor Championship (3:44.55), Aquinas Twilight (3:48.42) and GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet (3:48.03)...Individually, she won the 400 meter event at the GVSU-SVSU Dual with a time of 57.72 seconds...Had a season-best 400 meter time of 55.38 seconds to finish second at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship...Earned a USTFCCCA All-American honor as part of the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:43.18.

2009-10: Finished second at the Grand Rapids Championships in the 400 meter event with a time of 59.38 seconds during the indoor season...During the outdoor season, she won the 400 meter event at the Aquinas Open with a time of 57.56 seconds and was part of the 4x400 relay team that won the event at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 3:43.99...Also part of the 4x400 relay team that won the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:53.45...Finished fourth in the 400 meter event at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 58.34 seconds...Part of the 4x400 relay team that competed at the Division II Outdoor Championships that finished fourth with a time of 3:41.81 to earn All-American Honors.
