2011-12: Medical redshirt...Won the 5k at the GVSU Laker Early Bird (16:13.81) during the indoor season.
2010-11: During the indoor season, she had seven first place finishes...Won the 5,000 meter run at the GVSU Holiday Open with a time of 16:25.82 and won the mile run at the Mike Lints Alumni Open (4:43.24)...Part of the 4,000 Distance Medley Relay squad that took first at the Indiana University Relays with a time of 11:29.93...Also won the same event at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 11:39.50 in addition to being crowned the conference champion in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:33.21...At the Division II Indoor Championships, she won two individual national titles, finishing first in both the 5,000 meter run (16:28.02) and mile run (4:44.41)...Also part of the DMR team that finished third at nationals with a time of 11:47.40 to earn three All-American honors...In the outdoor season, she began the year winning the 5,000 meter event at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 15:46.25, a personal best...Won the 1,500 meter event at the Beach Invitational with a time of 4:26.89...Won the 1,500 meter GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 4:27.10...Finished in second in the 1,500 meter run at the Division II Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:29.96 to be named an All-American and finished 15th in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 17:02.54.
2009-10: Was the GLIAC Indoor Champion in the mile with a time 4:57.30 and member of the DMR first place team...Ran the 1200m leg of the fourth place DMR and placed second in the mile with a time of 4:50.48 at the NCAA Indoor Championships...Finished second at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m run...Was NCAA runner-up in the 1500m run with a PR of 4:23.00 and placed fourth in the 5000m with a PR of 16:24.67.
2008-09: GLIAC Indoor Champion for 800m and distance medley relay...Placed third at the NCAA Indoor National Championships in the mile with a P.R. of 4:48.98 and lead off the National Runner-Up Distance Medley Relay Team...Won the Dave Rankin Purdue Invitational 800m run with a time of 2:09.87...GLIAC Outdoor Champion for 1500m and placed fifth in 800m...NCAA qualifier in the 800m and 1500m, placing third in the 1500m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:31.41.Ran a P.R. of 4:27.53 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays...USATF Junior National qualifier in the 1500m placing sixth earning USATF All-American honors.
