2012-13: Finished in the top 12 of every event during the indoor season, including earning USTFCCCA All-American honors at the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor Championship as part of the DMR team that finished seventh with a time of 11:45.02...Had a season-best 400 meter time of 1:00.47 at the Bob Eubanks Open to finish ninth...Had a season-best 600 meter time of 1:40.67 at the Mike Lints Alumni Open to finish seventh...Had a season-best 800 meter time of 2:14.95 at the GVSU Big Meet to finish 12th...Finished sixth in the 800 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship (2:15.65) and helped the DMR team to a third-place finish at the GLIAC Indoor Championship (11:54.57)...During the outdoor season, she had three top-10 finishes and a pair of top-three finishes...Had a season-best 400 meter time of 1:03.78 at the Spartan Invite and had a season-best 800 meter time of 2:19.81 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays.

High School: Set a school record and was state champions in the 4x400-meter relay in 2010 with a time of 3:54.12...Placed fifth at the 2009-10 Cross Country State finals.
