Grand Valley State swept the weekly GLIAC baseball honors for the third time in the 2026 campaign and senior pitcher
Collin Bradley earned GLIAC Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season.
Jovan Gill was named the GLIAC Player of the Week, marking the third different Laker to earn the honor.
Bradley improved to 5-0 on the year with eight scoreless innings in the series opener versus Purdue Northwest, yielding just three his with six strikeouts in the 3-0 shutout win. Bradley has not allowed a run in 24 consecutive innings and has allowed just two unearned runs in his last 32 innings pitched. In addition, Bradley, who leads the GLIAC and ranks second nationally in ERA (0.60), has yielded six runs, three of which are earned, with 30 strikeouts and just three walks in 44.2 innings pitched this season. Opponents are hitting just .186 versus Bradley. He has 20-7 career mark, ranking fifth in career wins at GVSU, with a 3.35 career ERA. Â
Gill hit .588 for the weekend sweep versus Purdue Northwest, going 10-for-17 with four home runs, two doubles, 24 total bases, six RBI and six runs scored. Gill hit three home runs in a twin bill sweep on Saturday and added a fourth in the Sunday finale. Gill tallied a slugging percentage of 1.412, on base percentage of .588 for an OPS of 2.000. Gill leads the GLIAC in RBIs with 43 and eclipsed the 100-RBI mark for his career with his first home run Saturday.Â
