Ran personal-best 110mH (15.14) and 400mH times (54.33) at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (O)... Placed eighth in the 400mH at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships crossing the finish line at 56.29 in the finals event… 

2024-25: Ran a personal-best 22.88 200m at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open (I)... Crossed the 60m hurdles finish line at a personal-best 8.45 at the GVSU Tune-Up (I)... Recorded a personal-best 15.16 110m hurdles time at the Polar Bear Invitational (O)... Competed in 400m hurdles at the Al Owens Classic (O) to record a personal-best finish at 56.70...
