2025-26: 2x USTFCCCA All-American 3x USTFCCCA All-Region
Set a personal best in his first of six indoor competitions, with a 1:51.10 800m at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic (currently 10th in program history), followed up by a 4:01.78 mile personal best at the Meyo Invitational (currently third in program history). Two weeks after he set another personal best in the 3000m (8:07.78) for a podium finish at the GLIAC Championships, he represented Grand Valley at the NCAA Indoor Championships, where he contributed to a third place finish in the DMR relay, earning him another All-American honor. Opened up his outdoor season with a 8:46.22 steeplechase personal best at Raleigh Relays (third in program history). Scored twenty points at the GLIAC Championships with wins in both the steeplechase (9:06.28), and a personal best in the 5000m (14:23.53). Focused on the steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing fifth (8:53.49) to get another All-American nod, and contributing to the team national title. Earned Academic All-GLIAC Honors.

Ran a personal-best 1 mile time of 4:02.73 at the GVSU Big Meet (I)... Placed third in the 1 mile at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a 1 mile time of 4:08.23... Qualified for and competed at the NCAA DII Indoor Championships, crossed the preliminary finish line at 4:09.12... Placed first in the DMR (Westerkamp, Rhodes, Spaanstra, Fraaza) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships finishing at 9:41.35... Recorded personal-best times in the 1500m (3:44.85), 5000m (14:35.22) and 3k steeplechase (8:49.42) during the outdoor season... Placed fourth in the 5000m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best finish at 14:35.22... Named individual champion in the 3k steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships crossing the finish line at 9:03.57... Finished fourth in the 3k steeplechase at the NCAA DII Outdoor Championships crossing the finish line at 9:02.19...
