2011: Honorable Mention All-GLIAC selection...GLIAC All-Academic honoree...Part of an offensive line that led the GLIAC and ranked sixth nationally in sacks allowed (10)...Paved the way for the Lakers to lead the GLIAC in rushing (226.4), total offense (467.5) and scoring (42.3)...GVSU ranked sixth nationally in scoring and 10th in total offense.

2010: GLIAC All-Academic honoree...Earned second varsity letter as a reserve offensive lineman...Also saw action on extra-point and field goal teams.

2009: GLIAC All-Academic honoree...Earned first varsity letter as a reserve offensive lineman.

2008: Redshirted.

High School: Prepped at Mt. Pleasant High School...Played for Jason McIntyre...Earned all-state, all-conference and all-area honors as a senior...Named to the Saginaw News Dream Team senior year...Four-time all-academic selection...Totaled 15 tackles and one sack on defense...Team was a combined 15-7 during final two prep campaigns.

Personal: Son of Michael and Rachel Biedenbender...Married during the summer of 2012...Enjoys hanging out with friends, playing video games, weighlifting and watching movies.
