2011: Earned first varsity letter...Played in seven games with one start...Caught four passes for 98 yards...Hauled in one catch for 20 yards vs. Western Oregon (9/1)...Caught one pass for 13 yards vs. Tiffin (10/1), one for 28 yards at Northern Michigan (10/8) and one for 37 yards vs. Ferris State (10/22).

High School: Prepped at Southeastern High School...Played for head coach Donshell English...Caught 43 passes for 753 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior while also collecting 30 tackles and eight interceptions on defense...Named to the Second-Team All-Detroit by the Detroit News as a defensive back...Earned all-city and all-state honors...Helped lead team to the best season in school history after advancing to the regional finals of the state playoffs...Ranked the #62 player in the state of Michigan by Scout.com following his senior season...Also participated in baseball.
