High School: Prepped at Zeeland East High School...Played for Derek Pennington...Named to the Division 3-4 All-State team by the Detroit News as a running back after gaining 1,668 yards and 33 touchdowns on 172 carries at running back...Holds school records for career rushing yards and career touchdowns...Named to the Division 3 All-State team as a defensive back by the Detroit Free Press after collecting 81 tackles at safety...Also named First Team All-State in Division 3-4 by the Associated Press...Named the Holland Sentinel Offensive Player of the Year and to the Grand Rapids Press Dream Team...Named the WZZM 13 Player of the Year in 2010...Had 911 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 116 carries as a junior...Selected for the 2011 MHSFCA East-West All-Star Game.
