2012:Earned second varsity letter after seeing action in 10 games as a reserve running back and on special teams...Rushed 33 times for 216 yards and three TDs, while catching one pass for 31 yards...Recorded seven special teams tackles (3 solo/4 assisted)...Rushed for 51 yards and a TD on five carries vs. Notre Dame (9/8)...Toted the ball 11 times for 43 yards and two TDs, while catching one pass for 31 yards at Michigan Tech (9/29)...Rushed for 48 yards on seven carries vs. Northwood (10/20)...Tallied 62 yards on four carries, with a career-long run of 49 yards at Hillsdale (10/27).

2011: Earned first varsity letter after playing in eight games...Saw action at running back and on special teams...Rushed for 138 yards and two TDs on 26 carries...Caught one pass for 14 yards...Returned one kickoff 20 yards and tallied four tackles on special teams...Toted the ball nine times for 20 yards and a TD, while hauling in one pass for 14 yards vs. Western Oregon (9/1)...Rushed for 41 yards on seven carries at Lake Erie (10/5)...Recorded 41 yards on five carries vs. Ferris State (10/22)...Toted the ball five times for 36 yards vs. SVSU (11/12).

2010: Redshirted.

High School: Prepped at Portage Northern High School under head coach Pete Schermerhorn...Had 32 catches for 584 yards and seven touchdowns and also ran the ball 133 times for 1,024 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior...Named Division 1-2 All-State honorable mention at running back by the Detroit News...Had 10 catches for 80 yards and two touchdowns along with 96 carries for 474 yards and six touchdowns as a junior.

Personal: Son of Antonio and Corinne Hutchins...Athletic training major...Enjoys working out...Twin brother Antonio is also on the GVSU football team.
