2012: Midwest Region All-Tournament Team selection...Appeared in 14 games (13 starts), going 8-2 with a 3.08 ERA and two complete games...Racked up 76 innings of work, walking only 19 with 45 strikeouts and a .244 batting average against...Named to the Midwest Region All-Tournament Team following a complete game three-hit shutout against Northern Kentucky (5/19) in a 5-0 victory...Had a complete game victory at Ohio Dominican (5/5), striking out five in seven innings of work in a 6-0 victory...Threw 6.2 innings with no runs allowed and two strikeouts at Findlay (4/22).

2011: Redshirted.

Prior to GVSU: Spent two seasons at Elgin Community College in Elgin, Ill....Played for Bill Angelo...Was 7-2 with a 2.86 ERA, 50 strikeouts, and 10 walks in 63 innings pitched in 2010...Went 6-1 with a 3.01 ERA in 2009.

High School: Prepped at Driscoll Catholic (Ill.) High School...Played for Sean Bieterman...Named all-conference and all-area as both a junior and senior.

Personal: Son of Michael and Karrie Campanella...Education major...Enjoys running and lifting.
