Rachael Krieger has been named the GLIAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the first time in her career, as announced by the league office earlier this afternoon.

Krieger helped lead the Lakers to two tournament victories, earning wins at the Bulldog Fall Classic and the Gilda's Club Laker Fall Invite. The senior picked up a runner-up finish at the Bulldog Fall Invite, then followed that by tying for third at the Laker Fall Invite. Up in Big Rapids, Krieger shot two rounds of 73 (+1), making five birdies over the two rounds to end at two over par. On Monday, she carded rounds of 71 (-1) and 73 (+1), making six birdies, finishing at even par, tying for third.

The Lakers are back on the course next Monday and Tuesday down in Findlay, Ohio for the William Beall Fall Classic.
