BIG RAPIDS, MICH. – The Grand Valley State women's golf team teed off this morning at the Bulldog Fall Classic, playing the first of two rounds of the events. After today's 18 holes, the Lakers are atop the team standings and have three players in the top 10.
Results
Grand Valley State leads after the opening 18 holes, shooting a 298 (+10) to be up by two strokes. That team two strokes back are Ferris State at +12, followed by Gannon in third, carding a +21. Davenport and Tiffin are tied for fourth, both shooting twenty-nine over.
Lea Stotz is tied atop the leaderboard at two under, following her round of 70, making four birdies today. In fourth is
Rachael Krieger, who carded a 73 (+1), with two birdies in her round. With a round of 77 (+5) with one birdie,
June Hsiao is tied for eighth after 18 holes.
Charlotte Goersch is tied for 16
th, as she made one birdie in her round of 78 (+6).
Heida Rafnsdottir shot a 79 (+7) and is tied for 24
th.

Evelyn Park, who made one birdie today. Carding an 85 (+13) was
Skyler Tierney, who is tied for 60
