INDIANAPOLIS – The Grand Valley State men's tennis competed at the Men's ITA Regionals hosted by UIndy in Indianapolis, Indiana last weekend. 
 
In singles, Sean Miller won his first two matches to advance to the round of 16, winning both matches in three sets in the Flight A bracket. In the Flight B bracket, Martin Matov advanced to the quarterfinals after winning three matches all in straight sets. After dropping the first match, Ignacio Morera-Lucas won two straight matches in the consolation bracket to advance to the semi-finals of the consolation bracket. On the doubles side, Sebastian Arce and Unai Gonzalez won their first two matches 8-6 and 8-4 to advance to the quarterfinals in the Flight A bracket.
 
The Laker men will return to the courts for their first dual meet of the season as they host Cornerstone on Friday, October 7^th at 5:30 PM.
