Final Results

The Grand Valley State men's tennis teams dropped a 5-1 decision to the Davenport Panthers in the 2018 GLIAC Men's Tennis Tournament on Friday (April 20) at the Greater Midland Community Tennis Center.

The Lakers sole point came during doubles action as Jack Geissler and Nicholas Urban won, 8-1, against Max Hartman and Remy Johansen from the No. 3 position. Drew Coleman and Alex van de Steenoven fell in a close, 9-8 (3), battle from the No. 1 position, while DJ Colantone and Sebastien Lescoulie fought hard but fell, 8-4, at the No. 2 position.

In singles actions, Lescoulie dropped a, 6-1, decision from the No. 1 position, while Colantone fell, 7-5, from No. 5 singles.

The Grand Valley State men's tennis team ends its 2018 regular season with an overall record of 14-8.
