High School: Prepped at Pleasure Ridge Park High School under head coach Bill Miller...Hit .444 with 15 doubles, four triples and seven home runs as a senior to be named second team all-state...As a junior, he hit .390 with 10 doubles, three triples and five home runs, getting named to the second team all-state squad...Hit .429 as a sophomore, recording 13 doubles and four home runs, helping team to a state championship.
