2014: ABCA and Daktronics First Team All-Region...Second Team All-GLIAC...Appeared in 23 games, all in relief...Went 1-1 with a 1.93 ERA, 12 saves and had 20 strikeouts in 23.1 innings of work on the mound...His 12 saves is the third-most in a single season in GVSU history...Also appeared in seven games (four starts) in the field, hitting .235 with four hits and two runs scored...Had eight relief appearances which he did not allow a hit...Struck out multiple batters in six of his appearances...Allowed only one run in GLIAC play up until the final day of the season...Threw 1.1 innings of hitless relief with two strikeouts against Northwood (4/30)...Threw two innings of hitless relief with three strikeouts against Findlay (4/26)...Threw 2.1 innings, allowing one hit with two strikeouts against Tiffin (3/31)...Went 2-for-4 with a run scored against Minnesota State (3/10).
2013: Played in 19 games (seven starts)...Hit .200 with four runs, two doubles, four RBI and a stolen base...Also appeared in two games on the mound, allowing only one hit in 1.1 innings of work...Went 1-for-2 with one run, an RBI and a double against Winona State (3/6)...Went 2-for-2 with an RBI against Charleston (3/9)...Went 1-for-1 with an RBI and a double against Franklin Pierce (5/29) in the College World Series.
2012: Redshirted...Appeared in eight games (seven starts)...Scored four runs, had two hits and an RBI...Went 1-for-2 with two runs scored and an RBI against West Virginia Wesleyan (3/4).
Prior to GVSU: Spent one season at Oakton Community College...Hit .401 with three home runs and 16 doubles...Named all-region and Rawlings Gold Glove all-region, while helping team to a sectional championship...Also spent one season at Augustana College.
High School: Prepped at Maine East High School (Ill.) under head coach Dan Dolney...Named all-conference, all-area, most valuable pitcher and team MVP as a junior and senior.
