2020-21: Finished second in shot put at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships throwing a season-best distance of 14.19m... Placed second at the GLIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 14:08m... Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors. 

2019-20: Competed in nine meets during the indoor season… Recorded a season-best shot put distance of 14.56m at the GVSU Holiday Open to earn third place… Finished first at the GVSU Big Meet (14.06m) and GVSU Tune Up (14.03m)… Qualified for NCAA DII National Championships in the shot put… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put… USTFCCCA All-America honors (shot put)... Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors…

2018-19: GLIAC Academic Excellence honors … GLIAC honors in the shot put during the GLIAC Indoor Championships (13.75m) … PR in the shot put (14.37m) during the GVSU Big Meet.

2017-18: Earned GLIAC Honors in the shot put during the GLIAC Indoor Championships (13.32m) ... Set a PR in the shot put with a distance pf 13.85m during the GVSU Holiday Open ... Set a PR in the weight throw with a distance of 14.95m at the GVSU Open ... Was the only Division II athlete in the hammer throw field at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships.

High School: Attended Harbor Springs ... 2016 State Champion in the shot put (41'11.75'') ... All-State honors in the shot put in 2015 ... Team MVP in 2016 ... Helped her team win a State Championship in 2015 and a Regional Championship in 2016.
