2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American 4x400m Relay (Indoor/Outdoor) and 4x100m Relay (Outdoor)... Finished first in the 4x100m at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 44.86... Finished fifth in the 200m with a time of 25.63 at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Awarded First Team All-GLIAC at the GLIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:46.77... Ran a personal-best time of 24.93 in the 200m finishing second... Finished first in the 1000m at the Hillsdale Invitational with a time of 11.99 in the 100m. 

Prior to GVSU: Prepped at Kelloggsville… Named to the All-Conference team in 2018 and 2019… Competed in AAU Junior Olympics and earned All-American honors… Ran a PR in the 200m (25.55) and 100m (12.20) in 2019…
