2021-22: GLIAC Female Scholar-Athlete of The Year… USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (3000m Steeplechase)…  USTFCCCA Second-Team All-American (5000m)… USTFCCCA All-Regions Honors (Steeplechase)… Finished first in the DMR at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 11:31.14… Placed second at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic with a mile time of 4:52.23… Finished second in the 3000S with a time of 10:18.31 at the Lee University Last Chance… Earned All-Academic Excellence honors.

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in the 3000m (Indoor), distance medley relay (Indoor), 5000m (Outdoor), and the steeplechase (Outdoor)... Placed second in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal-best time of 10:16.88 at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Finished fifth in the 5000m clocking a personal-best time of 16:13.95... Clocked a personal-best time in the 3000m at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships with a recorded time of 9:23.07... Finished second in the distance medley relay with a time of 11.21.94... Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors. 

2019-20: Redshirt

Prior to GVSU (Wheaton):  Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2018 outdoor championships with a time of 10:23.26 ... Competed in the 2018 NCAA DIII Midwest Region Cross Country Championships where she won the 6K race with a time of 21:32.2 ... Recorded her best mile time of 4:52.35 at the 2018 GVSU Big Meet ... Recorded her best 6K time of 20:51.8 at the NCAA DIII Midwest Region Cross Country Championships in 2017.
