2021-22: GLIAC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year… USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (5000m, 10000m)… USTFCCCA All-Region Honors (1500m, 5000m, 10000m) Finished first in the 3000m with a time of 8:00.43 at the GVSU Big Meet… Set two personal-bests at the Bryan Clay Invitational in the 1500m (3:46.21) & the 5000m (13:34.54) finishing both in second… Placed second in the 3000m at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 7:57.64… 

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in the 5000m (Indoor/Outdoor), 10,000m (Outdoor), and 3000m (Indoor)... Finished first in the 5000m with a time of 14:13.78 at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Placed second in the 10,000m with a time of 29:09.70... Finished first in the 1500m at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal-best time of 3:49.37... Placed second in the 3000m with a time of 8:00.63 and second in the 5000m with a time of 13:48.36 at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships. 

Prior to GVSU: Competed at the University of Michigan... Recorded a PR in the mile at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (4:12.50)... Recorded a PR at the 2019 NCAA DI Great Lakes Regional (10,000; 30:23.1).
