2018-19: GLIAC Academic honors … PR in the 3,000m (8:44.78) during the GVSU Tune-Up … PR in the 5,000m (14:56.98) at the GINA Relays … PR in the 10,000m (32:25.11) during the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.
2017-18: Ran a season-best in the mile with a time of 4:27.85 during the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open … Indoor Season-best in the 5,000m during the GVSU Big Meet-Friday (15:27.68) … Season-best in the 3,000m run happened during the GVSU Tune-Up with a time of 8:59.57 … Season-best in the 3,000m steeplechase was 10:09.13 at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
