Grand Valley State Bests

2017-18: USTFCCCA All-Region (Indoor; 800m, DMR) ... Help set the Kelly Family Sports Center Record in the DMR race with a time of 9:46.76 during the GVSU Big Meet ... Finished fourth in the 800m run during the GLIAC Indoor Championships (1:52.97) ... Ran an indoor best of 1:52.91 in the 800m run during the 2018 Meyo Invitational. 

Prior to GVSU: Ran at Hope College in 2016 and 2017 where he was a conference champion. Earned All-Region honors and was a national qualifier in the 800m run. 

High School: Competed for University of Detroit Jesuit High School in the Catholic League. 

High School Bests: 3200m- 10:25.21
