2021-22: Midwest Regions Women’s Field Athlete of The Year… USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (Shot Put, Discus)… USTFCCCA All-Regions Honors (Shot Put, Discus)… Placed first with a personal-best shot put distance of 15.42m at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Finished first at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the discus throw with a distance of 49.15m… Earned All-Academic Excellence honors

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in discus (Outdoor)... Finished seventh in the discus throw at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 47.43m... Finished first in the discus throw at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 50.25m... Placed first in the shot put with a personal-best distance of 14.79m at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open... Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors.

2018-19: USTFCCCA All-Region (Discus) … GLIAC honors in the discus during the GLIAC Outdoor Championships … National Qualifier in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … Placed 2nd in the discus (47.92m) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships … Finished 10th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the discus with a toss of 48.60m … PR in the discus was 49.73m at the Eagle Open … PR in the shot put (14.18m) at the Gorilla Classic.

High School: Competed at Ozaukee High School ... State Champion in the discus in 2016 and 2018 and in the shot put in 2018 ... Four-time conference champion in the discus and three-time conference champion in the shot put ... Captain for three years and the team's Co-MVP in 2018 ... Set the Wisconsin state indoor shot put record with a distance of 46' 3.5'' ... Helped her team to a 2018 conference championships ... Played three years of high school basketball from 2015-17 and four years of volleyball from 2015-18 ... Also part of the Ecology Club from 2016-18.
