2014-15: Competed in the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season … Earned USTFCCCA Indoor All-America honors with a second place finish in the weight throw at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships (21.38m/70’ 1.75”) … Set the Grand Valley State record in the weight throw at the GVSU Tune Up (21.91m/71’ 10.75”) … Received USTFCCCA Indoor All-Midwest Region recognition in the shot put and the weight throw … Named Third Team All-GLIAC after placing third in the weight throw at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field championships (21.11m/69’ 3.25”) … Placed first in the weight throw at the GVSU Laker Early Bird (19.94m/65’ 5”), the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni open (20.05m/65’ 9.5”), the GVSU Quad Meet (20.57m/67’ 6”), and the GVSU Tune Up … Placed fourth in the shot put at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (17.50m/57’ 5”) … Placed first in the shot put at the GVSU Quad Meet (17.06m/55’ 11.75”) … Competed in the hammer throw and the shot put during the outdoor season … Earned USTFCCCA Outdoor All-America honors with a fourth-place finish in the hammer throw at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships (62.44m/204’ 10”) … Named USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Midwest Region in the hammer throw … Named Second Team All-GLIAC in the hammer throw by placing second at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, setting a school record in the process (67.41m/221’ 2”) … Placed first in the hammer throw at the GVSU-SVSU Dual Meet (66.69m/218’ 9”), the EIU Big Blue Classic (65.73m/215’ 8”), the WKU Hilltopper Relays (63.61m/208’ 8”), and the Al Owens Classic (64.04m/210’ 1”) … Recorded his best performance in the shot put at the WKU Hilltopper Relays (2nd, 17.27m/56’ 8”).

2013-14: Placed in the top 10 in 12 events during the indoor season competing in the weight throw and shot put … Recorded five first-place finishes throughout the indoor season …  Set a personal best in the weight throw in a first-place finish at the Hillsdale Classic with a mark of 21.18m … Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors with a third place finish in the weight throw at the 2014 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (21.09m) … In the shot put, he recorded a season-best 17.17m throw in a fourth-place finish at the 2014 GLIAC Indoor Championships … During the outdoor season, placed in the top 10 in 13 events in the hammer throw and shot put … Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors in the hammer throw at the 2014 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships with a mark of 65.92, a personal best and GVSU record … In the shot put, set a personal best at the 2014 GLIAC Outdoor Championships, recording a second place finish with a mark of 18.51m.

2012-13: Turned in one of the best seasons in the country for a true freshman thrower...Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors in the weight throw during the indoor season, finishing seventh at the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor Championship with a toss of 18.82 meters (61'9")...Finished in the top 11 of all 16 events he competed in during the indoor season...Had a season-best mark of 20.15 meters (66'1.5") at the GVSU Tune-Up to win the event...Also won the weight throw at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open (19.34m/63'5.5") and GVSU Quad (18.42m/60'5.25")...Finished second in the weight throw at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a toss of 20.03 meters (65'8.75")...Finished sixth in the shot put at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a throw of 16.65 meters (54'7.5")...Had a season-best shot put of 16.71 meters (54'10") at the GVSU Big Meet...Earned another USTFCCCA All-American honor at the 2013 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship in the hammer throw, finishing third with a toss of 63.00 meters (206'8")...Finished in the top three of every meet he competed in during the outdoor season...Won the hammer throw at both the Al Owens Classic (62.13m/203'10") and Hillsdale Gina Relays (64.15m/210'5")...Had a season-best hammer throw of 65.38 meters (214'6") at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship to finish second.
