2025-26: 3x USTFCCCA All-American 4x USTFCCCA All-Region
Competed four times in the indoor season, a 13:52.89 5k effort opened up his indoor season at the GVSU Holiday open, both that and a 7:57.75 3k at the GLIAC Championships punched tickets to the 2026 NCAA Finals. At Nationals, he ran 25 laps for a 3rd place All American finish in the 5k. In a stacked outdoor season, he posted two back-to-back PRs in the 10k at Raleigh Relays (28:52.63) and at the Bryan Clay Invitational (13:40.61), both booked him a ticket to the National finals. In a heroic 10k-5k double effort, his 29:20.62 won him the 10k national title. Fraaza came back less than 48 hours later in the 5k with a 14:10.82 6th place finish to clinch the men's teams national championship title. Earned GLIAC Academic Excellence Honors.

Ran a personal-best 1 mile time at the GVSU Big Meet (I) finishing at 4:05.70... Recorded a personal-best 3000m finish at 7:55.83 at the Meyo Invitational (I)... Named individual GLIAC Indoor Champion in the 3000m event with a finish at 8:10.66... Assisted in a first place DMR finish (Westerkamp, Rhodes, Spaanstra, Fraaza) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a finish at 9:41.35... Finished ninth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a 3000m time of 8:01.73... Ran a personal-best 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (O) crossing the finish line at 13:44.70... Finished the Bryan Clay Invitational (O) 10k at a personal-best 28:56.06... Awarded fifth place in the 5000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a finish at 14:35.28...

2023-24: Ran a personal-best 1 Mile time of 4:09.46 to place fourth at the Bill Clinger Classic (I)... Named GLIAC Indoor Champion in 3000m with a personal-best time of 8:03.17... Finished first at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 5000m recording a time of 14:22.76... Ran a personal-best 1500m at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (O) with a time of 3:49.32... Recorded a personal-best 5000m time of 13:56.31 at the Raleigh Relays (O)...

2022-23: Placed second at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 8:24.80... Recorded a personal-best 10k at the GVSU Last Chance (O) placing third at 29:44.90...

2021-22: Finished first at the GVSU Al Owens Classic in the 1500m recording a time of 3:55.87… Placed third in the 3000m at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic with a time of 8:23.49… Ran a 4:13.92 mile at the GVSU Tune Up finishing in fourth.
