ALLENDALE, Mich. — The men's and women's swim and dive teams are coming off big wins against Wayne State last weekend. The Lakers had strong finishes in the relay events, and Lucy Hedley finished first in all four of the races she competed in. She was also named GLIAC Swimmer of the Week, along with Evan Scotto DiVetta.
This weekend, the Lakers will honor 19 seniors on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 12:45 p.m. to celebrate their accomplishments. Events will begin at 1:00 p.m.
Since the 2020–21 season, the Lakers have remained undefeated against the Panthers on both the men's and women's sides.
"This senior class is one of the largest and most talented in school history. We are excited to see what the future holds for this group of seniors," stated Head Coach Andy Boyce.
The event will be live streamed.
