ALLENDALE, Mich. — After a couple of weeks off from competition, the Grand Valley State swim and dive team will head across the state to face Wayne State University in a head-to-head dual. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
Over the past three seasons, the Lakers have dominated the Warriors in head-to-head matchups. This dual marks the Lakers' final regular-season road meet, as they will compete once more at home before the GLIAC Championships. The Lakers will host Davenport University in a head-to-head meet on Jan. 17, 2026, which will also be Senior Night.
The Lakers wrapped up the 2025 season with two home meets, three invitationals and a training trip that concluded with a meet against the University of Tampa.
