Lakers End Round Two at NCAA Regional in First

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - The Grand Valley State men's golf team leads the Central/Midwest Regional at the end of round two in Noblesville, Ind. carding 579 (+3). The Lakers picked up where they left off on day one with five holes left to play in the second round. Charles DeLong finished the day in first place overall scoring four-under par (140). DeLong tallied nine birdies in 36-holes to take the lead.

Nick Krueger and Drew Coble are tied for third carding 143 (-1). Krueger notched four birides in the second round scoring even-par in the round, he shot one-under par in the first round with four birdies. 
Eric Nunn is tied for 61st scoring nine-over par (153). Tanner Moore is tied for 97th carding 160 (+16). 

The final round of 18-holes will be played on Saturday starting at 7:30 a.m. Tanner Moore will get things started for the Lakers teeing off at 12:40 p.m. The top six teams will move on to the NCAA DII Championships.
