On the singles side, the Lakers swept at six positions.
Tomas Oliveira claimed a straight set 6-0, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles.
Freddy Cossio earned a hard fought 6-1, 5-7, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles.
Jack Dausman tallied a 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 win at No. 3 singles, while
Ignacio Morera-Lucas chipped in a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles.
Kushan Shah claimed a 3-6, 7-6, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles, while
Ignasi Garros tallied a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles.
The Lakers return to the courts on Tuesday (March 8) for a dual match against West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.
