FINDLAY, Ohio – Grand Valley State men's golf team are currently tied for eighth after day one of the Doc Spragg Invitational in Findlay, Ohio. Lakers finished the day at +10 (586) after two rounds of golf. Indianapolis leads the way at -5 (571), and Missouri – St. Louis is in second with -2 (574), followed by Wayne State in third +5 (581).

Charles DeLong is currently tied for 10
th carding 143 ( -1). DeLong ended the day with six birdies and an eagle on a par five 496-yard hole.
Drew Coble also notched six birdies today, and is sitting tied for 22nd with 145 (+1).
Nick Krueger had a great start to the day completing the first 18-holes at -1, he ended round two tied for 26th at 146 (+2).
Alex Jordan and
Cooper Bell are tied for 63rd carding 153 (+9). Jordan and Bell had four birdies throughout the 36-holes of play.
The final 18-holes of golf starts Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 9:00 a.m.
