ALLENDALE, Mich.  – The Grand Valley State women's golf team travels to Carmel, Ind. on Monday, Sept. 13 to compete at the Indianapolis Fall Invitational hosted by the University of Indianapolis at Prairie View Golf Course. The women will play 54-holes over the course of two days with the event ending on Tuesday, Sept. 14. Tee off time starts at 9:00 am.  Live Results
 
 "The team has been training hard this first week, and we are all really excited to start competing again," said head coach Rebecca Mailloux. "We have a young, but talented, group of ladies this year and I am excited to get out on the course with them." 
 
 Competing for the Lakers will be Kay Zubucks, Olivia Stoll, Paula Badino, Megan Miron, and Julia Sanchez. Arna Kristjandottir and Martina Biancuzzo will be competing individually. Miron was named GLIAC Freshman of the Year and Newcomer of the Year for the 2020-21 season after finishing third at the GLIAC Women's Championships. Sanchez finished seventh last year at the GLIAC Women's Championships.
