The Grand Valley State men's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision to Charleston Tuesday afternoon in Orlando, Florida. The Lakers will continue its spring break trip with a 1:00 p.m. match at Florida Southern.

Charleston claimed the doubles point by with tie breaker wins at all three flights.
Jack Dausman and
Martin Matov dropped a 7-6, 7-5 decision at #1 doubles, while
Sean Miller and
Ryan Rhoades lost by an idential 7-6, 7-5 score at #2 doubles. Ignactio Morera-Lucas and
Jack Geissler then lost a 7-6, 13-11 match at #3 doubles.Â

Dausman claimed a 6-1, 6-4 victory at #2 singles, while Morera-Lucas won a 6-2, 6-2 decision at #5 singles.
DJ Colantone also claimed a 6-4, 6-3 win at #6 singles. GVSU dropped a pair of three-set affairs, Geissler (6-4, 3-6, 10-6)) at #1 and Miller (7-4, 2-6, 10-8) at #4 singles. Matov fell 6-1, 6-1 at #3 singles.
