ALLENDALE, Mich. – The No. 24 Grand Valley State Lakers overcame a slow start with a flurry of offense in the first half to run away from the Wayne State Warriors, 95-62, Saturday (Dec. 8) in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action Saturday night at the GVSU Fieldhouse Arena. Eleven different Lakers scored to help GVSU improve to 3-1 in GLIAC play and 7-2 on the year while the Warriors fall to 1-7 on the season and 1-3 in conference action.

Justin Greason. He scored 11 points in an eight-minute stretch to spark a 25-6 run over those eight minutes to give the Lakers a double-digit lead they would never relinquish.
GVSU shot .542 (32-59) and went 6-14 from three while hitting 25 of 32 free throw attempts.
Hunter Hale (19), Greason (17) and
